This hard paste porcelain teapot and stand was made by New Hall circa 1800-07 , it is from the Pat Preller collection and bears her label and the pattern number 744  on the base .
This actual teapot stand is illustrated in Pat Preller's book on page 34.
It is decorated with white scrolls with orange buds on a cobalt blue ground and enriched with gilding .
The teapot stands at 6 1/8" high and measures 10 1/2" from the spout to the handle , the stand measures 6 3/4" x 5 5/8" in diameter .
There is a star crack on the base of the teapot , this does not go through to the inside , there is no glaze crazing and gilding is good with just slight wear and some rubbing on the centre of the stand .
There is some kiln dust , mostly on the inside from when it was made .
Please see my other items for lots more New Hall from the Pat Preller collection , and add me to your saved sellers .
I will be listing lots more New Hall from the Pat Preller collection over the next few months , due to Pat thinning out her large collection .
