This auction is for a Wayne Gretzky Los Angeles Kings Ultra-Wheels signed 8.5" x 11" matted and picture.  It has a badge at the bottom that reads Ultra Wheels #99 Dealer. It was a promotional item given to a former sportscard shop in Rochester, NY.  There are indents in the matting on the back. Please look at the photos. Shipping is listed above.
