Sales Process
After your payment clears, we will need the following information to transfer the reservation to your name as our Guest:
Name and address of the person who will be checking in as it appears on their ID
E-mail address (to send reservation confirmation)
As soon as we receive your payment and information, we will add you to the reservation as our guest traveler. We will email your reservation confirmation to you. It should take no more than 2 days.
There will be a $100 fee to change the guest name after it has been added to the reservation; therefore it is imortant that we receive the correct information promptly.
All sales are final. No refunds.

We are Wyndham timeshare owners. We love to travel and have visited many of the Wyndham timeshare locations. We are listing this vacation rental to help cover some of our maintenance fees.
