Vintage Pez Dispenser - No Feet

Circus Elephant W/ Orange Head On Blue 3.4 Stem

It does not say what country it was made in. It just has the 3.4 patent #

No cracks or melts.  The head spring is working fine - I do not think it has a stem spring. It has the candy button but just no spring.
