The product is a 5-inch action figure of Lily Lightly, a character from the My Little Pony franchise. It was manufactured by Hasbro in 2006 and is an original, licensed reproduction. The figure is made of plastic and features a light-up function. It comes in its original packaging, Yesterday NIB.

Box has some wear around the edges.
