This is a 9 1/2" x 13" vellum Land Grant dated June 1, 1850 from President Zachary Taylor and Secretarial signed.

It is issued to the widow of soldier and appears to be 160 acres in the Chicago area.

Nice, folded condition but missing the upper right corner (See Photos)

Both the signatures are clear as is the official seal.
