These are Soloflex replacement weight straps, a set of two, 25 pound straps, for a total of 50 lbs. of resistance. Please note that these are after market straps, not manufactured by Soloflex, and a common complaint for after market straps is that they don't have the same resistance as the original straps. They work in the same manner however, and are designed for use on the Soloflex home gym.
