This is a super-rare vintage Universal Monsters Dracula “Mego-style” 8-inch cloth costumed action figure from the mid2000s. Created and designed by EMCE Toys founder and well-known horror entrepreneur Joe Sena, it was intended to be among the “Megos that never were”and part of EMCE’s rebirth of the format that had been dormant since the demise of Mego.

It uses a superior body, materials and packaging than the current Mego figure that copies it, and adorned with packaging lovingly illustrated by comic artist Nelson. It features multilayered evening wear and a lined cape, as well as a miniature version of the exact medallion worn by Bela Lugosi in the original Universal horror classic.

Originally priced at $24.99 back in the 2000s, there are only a few of these available, they’re super-scarce and you can’t find them for under $50 here on eBay.

MINIMUM BID STARTS AT $0.99! WHAT A DEAL!

FEATURES:

It is 8-inches tall, poseable and fitted with tailored fabric clothing, similar to the MEGO toy lines that helped define the licensed action figure market in the 1970s.

In short, don't waste my time. I list these at the lowest allowable bid to give everyone a fair chance at a great bargain. I also identify and/or photograph any wear on the items. If you're not serious about paying, don't bid. The auctions are cheap but my time is not, and it is also unfair to other bidders.
