This Japanese folding fan appears to be 30 or so years old. The large writing on the front basically says "Celebration". The smaller writing is a little difficult, but it seems to says something about the end of a zodiac cycle. It comes with its original cardboard case.

There is general wear and dustiness, with some smudges, as shown.
