INVOICING ISSUES:
- Recent Ebay changes are causing issues when invoicing more than 40 items:
- Once you have more than 40 items (or multiples of 40) additional items can no longer be combined in an invoice.
- Please make payment for all items (invoiced or not) together as I will have adjusted shipping on the invoice in such a way that the total shipping charged will be correct. If not I will refund you the balance.
- Because of these issues payment must be made once you have purchased over 40 items total.
We will do our best to ship your items as fast and secure as possible but please understand that we can not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your items. Registered shipping is strongly advised for all shipments, untracked shipments are sent at your risk.
TERMS OF SALE:
By placing a bid on our items you agree with our terms of sale and shipping rates. Bids are final, cancellation requests made after the end of an auction are not accepted!
- Shipping is combined whenever possible. After the auction ends you will always receive a combined invoice for your purchases. Please WAIT with paying until you receive that invoice or we will not be able to adjust shipping costs correctly. As indicated above we can no longer invoice any additional items once you have more than 40.
- I will combine all your unpaid items for a maximum of 14 days or until you reach 40 items, whichever comes first. After that payment must be made or ebay will automatically cancel the sale a few days later. There are NO exceptions possible, payment must be made after 14 days or the sale will be cancelled. Buyers who do not pay will be permanently blocked, sorry.

I can only combine UNPAID items, once an invoice or item is paid it will be shipped, I can not hold back paid invoices or add later purchases. Please pay all your unpaid invoices at the same time. Separate payment means separate shipment.

Ebay manages all payments, you can only pay through the options Ebay provides. I do NOT accept banktransfers or cash payments.

Belgium:
- invoice less than 50$ : economy airmail shipping (no tracking) = 2 US$ and 0,10$ per additional item. Registered shipping is optional but strongly advised (8 US$)
- invoice over 50$: registered airmail shipping with tracking = 8 US$ and 0,10$ per additional item.
European Union (except Romania) + Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Japan
Europe (except Albania, Moldova, Bosnia) + Romania, Turkiye, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan
- invoice less than 25$ : economy airmail shipping (no tracking) = 4 US$ and 0.10$ per additional item. Registered shipping is optional but strongly advised (8 US$).
- invoice over 25$: registered airmail shipping with tracking = 8 US$ and 0.10$ per additional item.
Ukraine: currently no shipping to Ukraine as ebay does not allow this possibility.
- invoice less than 50$ : economy airmail shipping (no tracking) = 4 US$ and 0.10$ per additional item. Registered shipping is optional but strongly advised (10 US$).
- invoice over 50$: registered airmail shipping with tracking = 10 US$ and 0.10$ per additional item.
China: registered shipping with B-Post only: 10$ + 0.10$ per additional item
All other countries (including Albania, Moldova, Bosnia) : Registered airmail shipping with tracking only = 8 US$ and 0.10$ per additional item. For heavy items different rates may apply!
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Most of our items are shipped with the German Post (Deutsche Post) and will first go to Germany before being forwarded to you. This takes two about business days.
- Registered letters are scanned on arrival in the International Postal Sorting station in Germany, not before. So a delay of a few days before tracking is available is normal.
- Depending on the country of destination and the value of the shipment, local import taxes may apply. Local import taxes and customs charges are always the responsibility of the buyer.

- What you see is what you get.
- You will receive those stamps you can see on the image even if the description is otherwise.
- All items are described to the best of our knowledge but when in doubt what you see on the image is what you will get.
- We do not accept any Buy It Now offers on ongoing auctions.
- Items listed are in stock and ready to ship within 3 business days.
- We can make mistakes but for every problem there is a solution. If there is a problem please contact us first through ebay and before you open a case.
- Stamps will be shipped on a stock card, multiple purchases will be grouped together on 1 or more stock cards. Album pages are never included unless specifically mentioned.
- All items are sold under the margin ruling (Articles 311-325 and 342-343 EU VAT directive), we do not charge or deduct any VAT on our transactions.
