Discount Negotiations? No SERIOUS HONEST BUYERS ONLY.  It is NOT a "Make Offer" listing and I have already address this question here and also on question page. Combined Shipping? Yes I do but you MUST buy from same user id. PLEASE make sure you add all items to cart before checking out. Ebay has a per transaction fees of .40 cent for each individual transaction. I do not make money off shipping and try my best but please do your part to enable me to do this.
Shipping charges - I do not charge handling fees. Shipping charges presented are even below what I am charged when adding Ebay fees which applies to even shipping and taxes averaging 22%. I am not one of those Sellers who play games with inconsistent shipping cost to make a buck. That sort of thing is playing games and I am a straight shooter.

***ANNOUNCEMENT USPS increased shipping cost and continues to do it. Ebay did too significantly added that Sellers must pay a fee for all paid taxes and shipping from BOTH Domestic & International Buyer.  Hence I will do less selling & rotate listings so if you want something then understand that watching and asking me to relist when it expire will not happen immediately  I will not ship International because taxes there is high plus additional International fee and conversion fee which average an additional 5-10%. PLEASE do not purchase if you are an International registration...There are fees to the Sellers that cannot be avoided just because you enter a US Shipping address.. Ebay's new payment management system not so friendly to Sellers so I do appreciate it when things run smooth.
