Vintage Green Land's End Nylon Goose Down Sleeveless Vest Men's M Zip Drawstring Waist and Bottom.  Chest: 48.  Length: 23.  Very soft!! It has a few small dark spots near the shoulder.  I didn't wash it.  It might come out with cleaning.  Not very noticeable overall.  Great vest!
