Featured in this auction is my iBook G4, a relic acquired from eBay many many years ago, it has been modifyied by a reseller and now boasts a distinctive red Apple logo that illuminates, see photos for details, an internal SSD to replace the old conventional hard drive for faster data transfer speeds and secure reliable expanded storage with maxed out RAM. I have refrained from altering it myself, so cannot comment on its internal condition, however as you can expect from something that has been around for as long as this device has there are bound to be some signs of regular use, but only cosmetic, as you can see from the photos this device is in fairly good condition so please examine the photos carefully before finalising your purchase. The battery holds a charge but only for a few minuites, I have noticed other sellers on eBay selling batteries for these iBooks, not sure how genuine those listings are but worth a look, I personally just plug it in to the mains any time I need to use it, so the battery has never been an issue for me. The charger works fine, and is in resonable condition cosmetically, however the two flaps that open up are broken so I have stuck them down with double sided tape rather than allowing them to fall off and ruining the asthetics of this beautifully designed charger. The keyboard is showing some minor discoloration from regular use, but fully functional. Despite some cosmetic wear, all functionalities remain intact, including the ports, optical drive, display, and speakers. I have been using this iBook to manage my vintage iPod collection, and am selling it with its vast collection of music files, free to use or delete, do as you please. If you prefer a clean slate, fresh start, etc then please feel free to use the recovery disks that are included to restore it to factory settings, instructions can be found online.
