The item is 100% Brand new and Genuine! (Purchased from Authorized Samsung Distributors).
We import our products from Dubai, Europe Asia and Malaysia to offer our customers the competitive and best prices. All our phones are unlocked so they work on all UK & IRELAND networks. Sometimes it is possible that your box might not be sealed; this is simply to get the phones unlocked. So please be rest assured as phones are new and work on all UK & IRELAND networks. If they need to be unlocked; they are then tested by dialing service no. so ignore any service no in the dial/calls list.
Please note that we have mixed versions of phones; some models are European versions and some International versions. Please ignore any labels saying 'Middle East or North African SIM Card only' as all phones are unlocked to work on all UK & IRE Networks and outside UK & IRE too.
The plug/adapter inside the box can depend on the country or region it was manufactured for by Samsung, but you can easily get Genuine UK Samsung plugs from anywhere or you can request us to send you one.
Sometimes by default the language set can be of the country or region it was actually manufactured for by Samsung. If that is the case with your phone, please just change the language to English from the settings menu.
You can find the instructions on changing the language by visiting Samsung's website, you can follow the icons shown on their page to change the language, if having trouble reading in a different language or you can message us if you need any assistance or the link to change the language.
Warranty/Repair
These phones come with Seller warranty. The models that are imported from Europe & are European versions have Manufacturing Warranty from Samsung. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only. If your phone has a manufacturing fault, please drop us an email with your Name eBay ID and Order no, we will proceed from there.
Returns
In case you wish to return the phone, please return it within 30 days. Full refunds will only be issued if the phone is either faulty or still sealed in the condition as it was sent to you.
In case of faulty product, please sign out & remove your accounts/ids before returning & please remove the phone lock/code as well.
We would not be able to process the refund if the phone still has an id or account set up or has a phone lock/code still on. We record IMEIS & Serial numbers where applicable for security and for our record purpose in case of return and items being stolen or reported lost.
About Invoice
Please note that we don't include a paper invoice with the item. Please feel free to contact us if you need an electronic invoice.
Packaging
The product is first fully bubble wrapped and then sent out in the plastic envelope. So it is very rare that you receive a damaged box/item. On rare occasions just the box from outside can get damaged, not by our side, by the courier service but the phone is not likely to get damaged as it's protected by manuals in the box.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch either the same day if ordered by 11am or dispatch it the next working day if ordered after. The items can be dispatched from any of our warehouses in Dublin, Northern Ireland.
For shipping to the UK: we send it through Royal Mail 1st class signed for, which normally takes 1-2 working days but please allow a day extra as couriers can be delayed as well due to unforeseen circumstances.
For shipping to IRELAND: we send it through An Post Express signed for, which normally takes 1-2 working days but please allow a day extra as couriers can be delayed as well due to unforeseen circumstances.
For shipping to Europe: we send by DHL Express, it takes 5~7 working days including handling time - contact us for charges.
