Rare 18th C Antique Salt Glaze Pottery Openwork Rim Dish, 10", England, c. 1755 - 1800. This is another rare salt glaze dish that is very attractive with a sharply molded embossed design on the front with an openwork diamond cut-out design to the rim. It is getting more and more difficult to find this early salt glaze pottery from the eighteenth century as it is brittle and does not survive 275+ years very well. This example is in very good condition with a couple of hairlines and minimal wear.
