Electro Voice EV PL20 Vintage Dynamic Cardioid Microphone (like the RE20).  The mic has been tested and works well but the internal foam has deteriorated and the elements are loose in the case.  This is a common condition with these mics and there is a vendor here with instructions and wrench available right here on eBay for $30.00.  Item number 175724006846.  It is an easy job.   Electrically fine.  Great mic. The case is clean and shows little sign of use but the top grille is pushed in a bit which is visible in the photos but it could be easily pushed out when the mic is apart to have the foam replaced.
