This is for volumes 1-3 of Delvin on real estate, deeds. Obviously these have some wear and tear and even some very old damp staining. But they smell fine and would make a wonderful staging prop for house decor. And if you are into real estate, all the better! The last one has the worst old staining and a couple loose pages up front. Questions welcome!
