This early piece of Wedgwood black basalt ware is a beauty.  Measures 3"H x 4"Dia.  Features a scalloped rim with raised relief diamond panes below that with raised relief flowers growing up from the base.  NO DAMAGES, nice deep dark black the first two photo's look lighter because of lighting used.  Impressed WEDGWOOD is the mark on the underside.  Elegant display.  An earlier piece, you be the next lucky caretaker of this beauty.
