This is in played with condition. There are some slight scuffs, nothing too bad

His feet are the worst. Other than the negative, this is such a cool toy. There are two buttons on his back one activates his left web and the other his right web when either button is pressed, his head turns. He just looks so good he is a big action figure that stands at 13 inches tall. You will not be disappointed with this figure. Please see pictures for a better description of his condition.
