You
are bidding on a postally used postcard Gruss Aus bei Nacht, Hamburg by Night
postcard. If I am reading the cancel
correctly, it was cancelled in 1898.
Shown are some well dressed young ladies, dancers, and in front of them,
as if they are holding it, it assume, is
a night view of a city. Unfortunately,
it was at one time folded in half vertically, which of course left a crease. Also, there is wear and rounding at the
corners, a small crease at the corners, darkening and spotting mostly along the
borders and edges, some edge wear and other wear. There are also, diagonal
impressions near the corners from being hinged, not glued, in an album at one
time. There is similar wear on the back of the card with more moderate spotting
and darkening. PLEASE SEE OUR PICTURES AND/OR SCANS FOR MORE
CONDTION DETALS AND CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. PLEASE
EMAIL ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. Please see our auctions of other vintage
items. We are happy to combine lots, when possible, to reduce the s/h
costs. US buyer pays $ 1.35, s/h, ebay standard
mailing envelope for postcards and stamps, etc., with no cardboard
reinforcement for single postcards up to $ 20.00, (if the postcard sells for
more than $ 20.00, the s/h will be $ 4.50, which will include cardboard
reinforcement and tracking), and all buyers MUST pay
applicable sales tax which is of course collected by eBay. LOCAL PICK UP IS
AVAILABLE IF CONVENIENT AT THE ANTIQUE WAREHOUSE, 917 NW 79TH , Oklahoma City, OK. BY APPOINTMENT. Good Luck!
