One(1) USED ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CLOTHES BRUSH - VELVET FERRULE (Blue) - 6 inches long, with Black painted and Laquered Turned handle, with lanyard wire ring. The band appears to be
Silver or Silver Plate, and faintly visible stamp of 27 (presumably 1927). The ferrule has a Blue Velvet cover, with string tab. There remains some of the original stitching in the brush as per the pictures.
