Carolyn Pollack Andrew Rodriguez Sterling & Red Jasper Charm 8” Bracelet 40g. This is a beautiful vintage bracelet by Andrew Rodriguez featuring dimensional Sterling charms: Bird, Turtle, Horse, Bear, and Owl. Each of the charms is beautifully detailed and are signed “AR”. The 5m Red Jasper beads are strung with on metal cord with oxidized striated Silver 4m beads and a Sterling charm with Andrew Rodrigues’ signature is attached to the end of the bracelet. The bracelet looks new and is in original box and jewelry pouch but I am not sure, so I am listing it as preowned.
Andrew Rodriguez is an artist and sculptor from Laguna Pueblo, New Mexico but resides in Albuquerque. Carolyn Pollack’s Relios company was also, located in Albuquerque, until she closed the plant and retired a couple of years ago. She is known for advocating for fellow Native American artists in the New Mexico area. Mr. Rodriguez is known for his clay reliefs and sculptures in contemporary expressions of his Indian heritage. His sculptures capture an essence of Native American spiritual mystery and emergence. He is known for maintaining the value of traditional techniques to produce contemporary and unique images.
The bracelets were individually crafted by hand and I are unique, in that each one is different or an original. The bracelet can be worn by itself or layered. I am now retired and downsizing my own personal jewelry collection. All of my items are authentic and were purchased from reputable retailers.
