Insanely rare new old stock and unused Topps 1986 M&D Balloon. From the “Puff-A-Loons” series, these were originally packaged with a small straw on a rack pack. This listing is for one balloon as pictured. There’s some slight age wear and traces on the back of other balloons these were stacked on top of if you look closely but overall very nice examples.
