INSTALLATION:

Installation of Kitchen roll holder is available in both self-adhesive and drilling. The adhesive is designed to fit smooth surfaces such as tile, glass, wood, marble, metal, mirror. Just peel off film of 3 M adhesive pad and stick it on the smooth non porous surface, Press hard for 30 seconds to expel air, wait 24 hours before use. Please ensure that that the surface needs to be cleared of any dust, oil or grease residue in order to get maximum adhesion.

Just like flexible and easy installation; it is also easy to remove the adhesive strip. You just need to heat the adhesive tape with a hair dryer, and then scrape it gently with a blade.

If surface is not smooth or rough like paint, wallpaper, brick, stone or powder wall, drilling method is recommended. You can drill the hole to mount with screws. The accessories required for drilling are included in the package.

1. Non Receipt Of Items

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.

Orders sent by Royal Mail: We do advise that the majority of orders are received within 1-3 working days of dispatch. However, for Royal Mail to class the order as lost in the post we have to allow them 15 working days to deliver before we can arrange a replacement or a refund [this is a Royal Mail rule].
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve this for you today we do have to allow them this timescale to deliver.

2. Product purchased for USE outside the UK

All our products are warrantied and designed for use within the UK. E.g. UK 3 Pin plug and 240v Supplies where applicable. Product warranties are also only valid in the UK and if there a fault with your product this must be sent back to our UK head office for refund or replacement.

3. Returns from outside the UK

If you purchase an item from our UK store then the return process is slightly different as we are based in the UK and you are taking the option to purchase from our UK Store. With this in mind any return to would be at the cost of the buyer under all circumstances.

4. Items Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please take some photos or a video to us show that?(the item damaged, outer packing damaged, outer packing shipping label and S&M bar code). 5. Products Dead On Arrival

If your item(s) are faulty on arrival, please advise us as such within 3 working days.
