This Armstrong 103 open-hole flute is in obviously used condition, and although it does play surprisingly well, it will definitely need some TLC sooner than later.

The pads are very dark, and one has a little skin coming off of it.  However, they all seem to seal well, and the flute plays surprisingly easily all the way from high C to low C.

The body is in VERY used condition.  There is substantial wear on the finish and the keys.  There is also a lot of dirt/discoloration between the keys and under the rods.  There are several shallow dents in the headjoint and one on the lip plate.  The flute goes together easily, and the keys move freely. The hard case is in obviously used condition, with some signs of use, such as scratches and discoloration on the lining.  It does not stay open well by itself, but the latches and handle still work well.
