What a cute little thing this is! I've seen various bits and pieces of these scattered around before, but never realized they're actually little office supplies that look like food items! This one is missing a few of the little parts, but is in pretty good shape for being 37 years old. Please see the photos for the pieces that are included and the overall condition of the whole thing.
