Very nice quality piece marked 925 and MD? it is hard to see because the piece is rhodium plated. Looks like a 

The 16.5" 3mm Rolo chain with toggle closure. 3/4" long 1/2" wide heart pendant, dome shaped, has pave set small diamonds on 1 side and beautiful pinkish red Rubies (tested) on the other side.

Very minor wear, well care for pre-owned darling heart necklace. 

Total weight is 10.3 gr.
