This handsome Hamilton pocket watch belonged to my grandfather. It runs and has been resting in a drawer for about 70 years. I imagine that the works might need to be cleaned or adjusted after all this time.   The inside of the back cover is very reflective and the stamps don't photograph well, but as best as I can read it, it states: Scepter, Gold Filled, 14 Karat, 5938 712
