The last two photos in this auction is to show you where the map came from. I had an old A-2 jacket from a man who flew with the air transport service in China / Burma theater. I sold the jacket a few years back , but kept a few of the patches and this map.
The map as seen in photos is dated 1943 1st edition / It is torn on the fold on both sides of the map and map has stains and is worn as seen in our 12 detail photos . The map was tucked in the back pouch of the jacket and was carried on every flight during his war service during world war two
