MGB roadster restoration 1972 British racing green

This MGB roadster includes all the parts to make a fantastic car.

This has the potential to be a beautiful MGB Roadster, a 1972 British racing green convertible with manual transmission.

·         I stripped the car and had a large number of the parts shoot-blasted and powder coated in black and they look fantastic, the cost was over £1000.

·         I stripped the car, had the shell shoot blasted and primed, so it has absolutely no rust and is now ready for preparation and painting. The shell is a fantastic project for someone looking to complete the restoration of a classic car.

·         There is wings, doors, bonnet and boots were all shoot blasted, painted and in excellent condition.

I have the V5, the colour is British racing green with leather black seats with green piping again very good condition with a patina appearance.

1.      All the parts from the car boxed.

2.      Prior to stripping the car ran very well, the engine was refurbished and had been reconditioned, only covering 18,000 miles. The cost of the car originally was £3300.

3.      This would be a great restoration to pick up, from rebuilding the body through to assembling the suspension and running gear, with a very good base to start from.

I may be willing to let the engine host and engine frame go with the car, if I get a reasonable offer, these set me back £300 +
