Beautiful large Georgian style dolls house kit, totally unused and part completed - to be finished to new owner's taste.  [I have marked the advert as used simply because the kit has obviously been opened to build the house to its current state but it has not been played with at all].

The wood remains unfinished and all necessary parts come with the kit except one window frame is missing - from looking on the web a replacement is easily obtainable. 

All the parts not yet fixed in place can be seen in the picture - includes the two roof slopes the front and back 'parapet; two chimney runs with 3 chimney pots for each,  and five windows. The front opening sections will also need some hinges. I'm afraid I cannot find any written instructions

Eagle eyes will spot that the window ledges on the smaller opening front side have been put upside down and so these will need removing and repositioning and gluing.

This is formally a six room dolls house but the central staircase flight is ballustraded and much grander than in most meaning that the central stair landings are also fairly large room size spaces. The internal doors are 6 panel Georgian design, opening hinged and framed. The front door is also hinged and opening (inwards) and has a Georgian style fanlight cut out.

This is a large dolls house but transportable on the back seat of a car or in a boot. However it is for collection only.

Current location NP25. May be able to transport for pick up at GL7. 

If purchased by highest bid, pick up will need to be the afternoon/evening of Saturday 20th April (NP25) or Sunday 21st April (GL7) - I can do dates beyond these if a delay in receipt is not too important
