Beautiful late 1940s, 1950s vintage formal. Detail of red leaves with sparkles along the edges and some sparkling dots throughout. The bodice and skirt section have a shiny acetate lining with a pretty sheer tulle overlay. Gathered layers of tulle form the sweetheart neckline area and shoulder straps. Boning in the front. The shelf bust area with leaves stands out in front. A very full skirt section with two layers of tulle above the acetate lining. The skirt can puff out dramatically for that classic fit and flare look. Leaves and dots in the skirt section also. Side zipper.

Bust is 36 inches

Waist is 30 inches.

Hips are free.

Length from the shoulder to the bottom of the skirt is 53 inches.

Length from the shoulder to the waistline is 17 inches.

There was a diagonal tear in the tulle hidden in the folds of the skirt that I have repaired.

Wonderful condition.

Mannequin measurements are: 34 / 24-1/4 / 35 inches.
