Genuine 18th Century French Manuscript, Signed Louis XV, Stamped

A rare document hand signed by King Louis XV.  9 1/2" x 14" Folio, 2 pages watermarked, many folds, multiple
cuts at length to the margins (probably intended for ribbon ties) with embossed stamp/tape of the royal seal -
bearing a crown and three fleur-de-lis.

Document signed on December 16, 1741 at Toulouse, France.  Its Parliament was the oldest and second most
important in the Kingdom after Paris, resulting in Toulouse acting as the judicial capital for much of the south of
France.  A document giving orders from the King, written by a clerical hand, Signed by King Louis at the end,
and apparently with his marginal addition on page 1.
