Chicken Farmhouse Cushion Cover Description

Cushion cover is Approximate 18"x18" ( 43cm x 43cm)

The reverse side of the cushion cover is an excellent quality cotton/linen mix in a complimentary natural colour

Hidden Zipped fastening

All seams have professionally overlocked to help prevent fraying

Hand wash separately and gently. Do not tumble dry. Pull to shape and dry flat. Please take special care and iron on the reverse with a cool iron.

Each cushion cover may vary a little in design placement, but you will always be guaranteed a beautiful scene

For plump, filled out cushions, you should always go up one size in your cushion insert.

Most cushion inserts go up in 5cm intervals so if you have a 40 x 40cm cover, you'll need an insert that measures 45 x 45cm.

Similarly, if you have a 60 x 60cm cover, you'll need a 65 x 65cm insert and so on.

All my items come from a non-smoking pet free environment.

Delivery

Dispatch times: Standard Postage throughout the UK will be with Royal Mail Economy 2nd Class Service with an estimated delivery timescale of 3-5 days.

If you require your purchase faster please send me an email before purchase and I will adjust the listing to cover the cost of the fast delivery option you require.

As most of my items are made to order please allow time for me to make them, I aim to dispatch handmade orders within 2 working days if there is a delay to this process I will always let you know in advance.

I post Monday to Friday with the exclusion of Weekends & Bank Holidays.

Orders purchased after 2pm on Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the next working day which is MONDAY (unless it is a Bank Holiday) when the next dispatch date will be a Tuesday.

The exception to this may occur with made to order/personalized items where postage time scales will be agreed with buyer at point of sale.

Delivery charge includes postage and packaging materials, I only charge for actual costs incurred. To help the environment where possible I use recycled packaging materials.

Please remember Postage Delays incurred as a result of postage strikes, bad weather Or seasonal high volumes e.g. Christmas are out of my hands so please be patient.

I will try to keep you informed of the estimated postage times in these instances.

I am always happy to combine postage, please contact me before paying for your items so that I can adjust the invoice, or add your items to your basket and ‘request total from seller’.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are welcome, from UK customers only, and are subject to conditions on listing.

Change of heart: Buyer will pay return cost, and all items must be returned within 14 days from receipt, undamaged and in their original condition, full refund minus original postage costs will be given upon receipt of the returned item.

Damaged item: While I take utmost care to ensure high standards I also take pride in resolving problems rapidly, in the unfortunate and rare case that a problem may arise.

On receipt of your order please message me before opening a dispute with ebay via "contact Seller" and explain the problem.

All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric and/or handmade items ie. patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from stock photographs.

In these instances the items are not considered to be faulty.

Return exclusions:Please be aware that bespoke products or personalized products are non-refundable.

This includes broken zips on cushion covers. I check all zips are in good working order before postage I cannot be held responsible for poor handling when inserting cushion inner.

I recommend that all items are returned on a signed for service, with proof of postage for your own safety, as I can't be held responsible for items that do not reach me.

All returns should be completed within 14 days of receipt of your original order.
