Vintage Jaeger LeCoultre Travel Alarm Clock

A beautiful folding travel clock by Jaeger LeCoultre. The clock is housed in a stylish red leather case, which provides protection for the clock while on the go. The clock unfolds, forming the rear support and revealing a nickel surround frame to the rectangular Arabic dial. The chapters and blued steel hands were formerly luminescent.

The case itself is designed to be compact and easy to carry, with a folding design that allows it to be easily packed away in a suitcase or travel bag.

Condition:

The leather case is in fair condition please look at photos.

The nickel frame to the dial is in good condition small scratch see photos.

The dial is in excellent and original condition. The chapters are clean and well defined. The chapters have old luminescent paint as do the hands but, due to the age, this no longer lights up in the dark.

I am able to get the alarm to ring, but the clock doesn’t run consistently.

I couldn’t find an exact comparable on this travel clock. I believe the shiny metal frame around the face is Nickel not Chrome. I believe the clock dates from 1930 to 1950’s.

Look up photo with Mark up circled into spots really hard to see hard for me to photograph engraving in each circle 0322.

Think of all the places this little clock has traveled, and all the places it still can go with you.
