Every year the council holds an Eagle Scout Dinner for all scouts who earned their Eagle rank within the calendar year. At this dinner, an eagle scout csp if gifted to each eagle scout. You must attend the dinner to get one, and you must be an eagle scout (repetitive, but repeated for emphasis). This is the brand new, "Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle" csp that was given out at the 2019 & 2020 Eagle dinner (held in August 2021 after being moved 3x due to the pandemic). Each Eagle Scout was given 1 each, with no opportunity to purchase more at the end. There were enough left over that they reused this same CSP (not reissued as far as I could tell, the same lot of csps) for the 2023 Garden State Council Eagle Recognition Dinner.
