Garden State Council was created by the merger of Southern New Jersey Council and Burlington County Council in 2013. This patch was created for the 2016 Crew that went to Philmont with the council. The blue border is the order of the arrow contingent member patch. The lodge totem (Lenape Lodge 8) is the red tailed hawk, so that is why there is a hawk on this patch.
