VINTAGE PERIOD ORIGINAL WATERCOLOUR VICKERS VALIANT JET PAINTING circa 1955
All in excellent condition and being sold, as found by me, mounted into the frame as seen. Actaual image approx 9 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches. Well painted, a competent hand with style, unsigned as is.
A watercolour with bodycolour ( the white highlights ). The Vickers Valiant was one of the three British " V " 80M8ER5 produced during the 1950's along with the Vulcan & Victor as the British
nuclear deterrent during the cold war. The Valiant perhaps being the lesser widely known of the three. This watercolour is mounted in a frame that can be table mounted, and could have been
perhaps, sat on a station commanders desk at sometime.
