Condition VERY GOOD/Near Fine: calf leather binding rubbed/dry, small hole in the leather at the top of the rear hinge, also, a little faded; the leather is splitting slightly at the corners of the boards; the binding is tight and secure; bottom edges of pages grubby; inside clean and tidy.  A very good/near fine copy.
