Missing antlers on the deer

Missing the wood decorative Horn above the saddle bag.

Wood came loose around front of clock. Both sides of the saddle bag snapped apart. All wood is present but like I said THIS IS MAINLY FOR PARTS.

I know nothing about this clock to say if it will run or not.
