This is a used Marantz SuperScope EC-12B electret condenser microphone.  It works and comes with all you see here.  I'd say the cosmetic condition is very good.  Not perfect but not all scratched and dinged up.  No battery corrosion.

Many people like this microphone because of its telescoping handle, similar to the Sony ECM-51 used on various game shows of the 1970s.
