What you see is what you get. 

This was part of a Lego/ Mega Bloks mixed bundle, which was cleaned and separated. It appears to be from the Legend Lion's Catapult #9603. There are no instructions or box and I have no way of telling what is missing, but from pictures I matched up key elements.

Its red building base also serves as the parapet of the Legend Lion's Castle (#9601). Four wheels are included as well as key parts for the catapult.
