Characteristics:
· Made of high quality chrome silicon spring steel
· Both ends ground
· heat treated and
· Preset (-> minimal setting losses)
· Surface hardened (shot peened)
· High-quality corrosion protection through phosphating and epoxy resin coating
· Very high blocking resistance
· Very small lateral forces with ideal positioning of the force axis relative to the spring axis
· Plane parallelism and exact position of the spring ends to each other under loaded and unloaded condition
· Very small tolerances: inner diameter di ± 0.5%, spring rate C ± 2.5%
· Printed with type, spring rate, length and date of manufacture
