Civil War Charles Magnus For The Union Ohio unused patriotic cover. It features what I believe is Lady Liberty and an Ohio scene of a river boat. Very nice vibrant colors on this one as well. It measures 5 1/2" x 3 1/16".  It is unsealed and has no rips or tears.
