New and unopened. But been in storage for a while so has some light scratches to the case.
Some dust/bits looks to have seeped into the seal over time.
At one part in the seal the seal has a fair bit of dust/bits so the seal sticks out very slightly (near the orange tab).
The seal sticks out very slightly at one part (last picture).
Due to the above I am not listing this as 'New'.
I am probably being a bit too pedantic but would just prefer to avoid any disappointment.

Please note: these are collectors items mainly. As the item is many years old and unused so the battery will not be very good.
