You are bidding on a vintage (circa 1945) Hubert Herr Black Forest German double bird cuckoo clock.  This clock contains two birds:  one chirps every 15 minutes and the second one cuckoos on the hour.

---The birds and chimes work if one physically moves the hands, but the pendulum will not stay in motion.  It's possible that the interior mechanism needs some cleaning and/or minor adjustment.  Please see photos.

---There are some tears in the bellows

---All three weights are included, but the top loop on one is bent

---There are some nicks and scratches on the woodwork, which could be covered with a little varnish

---The inside of the back panel of the clock, someone wrote:  12-29-59 and 12-15-64.  This clock belonged to my grandparents and these dates could represent the dates the clock was serviced by a local clockmaker.
