Audio Technica AT6050 Compact Disc Automatic Cleaner.  Rare 1980's - 90's hi-fi accessory for cleaning CD's.  Does a wet and dry cycle.  A massively over-engineered solution for what is an otherwise easy task.  

No cleaning fluid included and the pads show signs of use.  As it is around thirty years old it is sold as a novelty item - I make no assertions about its cleaning abilities so please don't blame me if you put a CD in and it scratches it rather than cleans.
