USPS Ground Advantage = Shipped inside a plastic ziplock bag and boxed for protection, includes insurance and tracking.
EBay Standard Mailer = Shipped inside a plastic ziplock bag, in an eBay standard cardboard envelope, and tracking is limited and often unreliable.

I can usually ship up to five cards in an eBay standard postcard envelope depending on their weight (not over 3 oz) and thickness (combined value not over $20)
