Beautiful example of a rare Yamamoto Soundcraft headphone amplifier. Two spare sets of tubes for tube rolling. Reluctant sale as I now have an RME DAC/amplifier that I spent way too much on. Drives my Meze Empyrean headphones with ease as it did with the Audio Technica ATH-W1000 I had previously.

Delivers 300mW at 50 ohms, so it may not be the best at driving the most difficult headphones, but for those it does handle, it has incredible transparency and a touch of warmth, although it shines more in the vocal range than absolute bass. That said, I've not been left wanting when it comes to the low range and I listen to a fair amount of metal and rock.

I won't be too upset if this doesn't sell, but I do need to trim back on some things as I spent too much on the Meze / RME combo, so something has to give.

Last thing. There is a tiny blemish on the wood that is barely noticeable but you can see it in the second picture.
