There is a spot (watermark type) on the front of the gown and a little one on the robe at about the same spot. I did hand wash both in woolite and had let woolite sit on the spots for a while prior to washing. Usually it works for me. Unfortunately they didn't come out. It's a full enough skirt that it's not so noticable though.
